Terms & Conditions


The owner agrees to advise me of any characteristics, behaviour or health problems especially if booked on group walks.  I will also need to know if your dog comes into season.

The owner agrees to give me as much notice as possible if any service needs to be cancelled.

I will need details of a nominated veterinary practice and a third party contact number in case of emergency and the owner cannot be contacted. 

If I am unable to contact either I reserve the right to make decisions regarding any emergency veterinary treatment or similar.  The owner accepts liability for payment of any veterinary treatment and fees incurred if your dog is seen by a vet.

The owner accepts full liability for any loss or damage caused by their pet whilst being walked or visited and accepts liability for payment of any public liability insurance excess or veterinary fees incurred.

Payment is to be made daily or weekly as agreed.  Cash and cheques are accepted. 

I will need written consent if dogs are to be walked off the lead to comply with my insurance policy.
